The CPO, member of the i3D.net Senior management team, acts as a strategic business partner supporting all HR activities and initiatives from both operational and strategic perspective in the countries where i3D.net is present, such as The Netherlands, France, Canada, US, Japan & Singapore. Responsibilities include driving successful implementation of leadership and organizational priorities including recruitment, development of teams, operational excellence and continuously improving the positive engagement of the employees in alignment with the company’s growth plan.
The CPO will work closely with the CEO, the I3D.net Executives, Managers, Team leads, key Business Partners and Group HR teams in Ubisoft. They will implement HR initiatives which foster the core values of i3D.net, helping to spread the company’s values through all teams.
