WHY YOUR ROLE MATTERS

As Senior Campaigns and Programs Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping our brand’s future. This is a combined strategic and hands-on role, giving you the opportunity to directly influence how we tell our story, both internally and externally. Your contribution will be key in strengthening our presence in existing markets as well as our growth in new markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy & Planning (25-30%): Developing and implementing a comprehensive Program strategy with specific campaigns targeting our focus markets, target audiences, and new go-to-markets.

  • Campaign & Programs (50%):

    • Developing scalable programs that build our brand awareness and establishes us as a thought leader in both existing and new markets.

    • Producing various campaigns that resonate with our target audience and fosters engagement across various channels.

    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that all campaigns align with our business objectives and sales targets.

  • Performance Analysis (20-25%): Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize the campaign strategy, and improve engagement and conversions rates.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST YEAR

  • Strategy & plan: You have defined the program strategy for our existing and our new markets and are now executing a KPI-driven campaign plan with timelines, goals, and milestones.

  • Go-to-market: you are owning, building and delivering programs (including campaign-in-a-box) that support sales in our new go-to-market initiatives as they are expanding into new niches and exploring new opportunities in the market.

  • Brand awareness: You run strong top-of-funnel awareness campaigns that position our brand in the market and give us a sharp competitive advantage.

  • Product roadmap: you ensure that our marketing programs are tightly aligned with the product roadmap. Translating upcoming features, releases and innovations into compelling campaigns, launch plans and customer facing narratives that drive awareness, adoption and market impact.

  • Funnel: You run successful pipeline building and demand-generating campaigns for engagement with both net new and existing customers at every stage of the funnel.

  • Nurture: You ensure that we have ongoing programs in place for building relationships with potential customers as well as fostering the relationship with existing customers

  • Social, Digital & Web: You ensure that our campaigns are scalable through different channels across our social media platforms, paid digital media platforms, and drives traffic to our new, fresh website.

YOUR PROFILE

  • B2B Marketing Experience: You have 10+ years of experience in global B2B Marketing running multichannel campaigns.

  • Industry knowledge: You have extensive experience with marketing solutions for SaaS vendors or global systems integrators, and direct-to-enterprise customers.

  • Marketing expertise: You have a proven track-record of creating and driving scalable go to market programs, top-of-funnel awareness campaigns, and mid-funnel demand generation campaigns.

  • Technical affinity: Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and other digital marketing tools.

  • Communication: You are a team player, fluent in English, and have strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Stakeholder Management: You seamlessly navigate through the internal and external environment of your key stakeholders.

  • Agile: You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, where change is constant, and you can adapt quickly.

  • Strategic & Hands-on: You can balance big-picture strategic thinking with the hands-on execution needed to get things done.

  • You have a strong interest in and understanding of infrastructure, cloud, or networking across industries such as Gaming, Media & Streaming.

  • Onsite / hybrid: Our office is based in Rotterdam, and this is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days per week in the office.

  • Languages: Dutch is helpful but not required.
