At i3D.net, our product suite spans the full spectrum of infrastructure solutions:
Metal: Bare-metal servers providing raw compute power.
Unified Platform: Enhancing our core Metal product with tools for game hosting, and platforms, to ensure seamless user experiences, including Anti-DDoS, Bare Metal Cloud, Anti-Cheat and more.
Network: A global backbone and 2nd most peered network globally, delivering robust connectivity solutions, including IP transit, and MPLS VPN
SmartDC: Colocation services through our data centers in Rotterdam, Paris, and Montreal.
We go beyond our range of infrastructure products while helping our customers; with a 24/7 live-operations team, and an open mind to create bespoke solutions, we truly become an extension of our customers' business operations. Helping them scale when it matters.
This role is designed as a steppingstone into full-cycle Account Management. While your initial focus will be on supporting day-to-day commercial operations, quoting, and lead follow-up, you’ll be learning the fundamentals of i3D.net’s infrastructure products and customer engagement. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more ownership -gradually managing accounts and deals yourself, with the long-term goal of growing into a full Account Manager role.
As Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the center of sales operations -supporting the commercial teams with everything from lead handling to quoting and customer onboarding. You’ll manage inbound requests, maintain our HubSpot and Jira workflows, and work directly with non-strategic customers to help them find the right infrastructure setup. You’re not expected to cold call or chase complex, strategic deals -instead, your focus will be on accurate handling, responsiveness, and enabling efficient commercial workflows.
You’ll be helping customers with infrastructure needs such as test servers, IP transit, or colocation services -typically for gaming communities or small to mid-sized businesses. The real impact of your role lies in ensuring our internal sales engine runs smoothly and that every customer, regardless of size, receives timely and professional support. You’ll also contribute to process optimization and may support pricing reviews and sales tooling improvements.
Qualify and respond to leads: Handle inbound sales requests via HubSpot and Jira, qualify based on need and fit, and follow up where necessary.
Support sales workflows: Prepare quotes, update CRM records, manage product/pricing requests, and help with onboarding new customers.
Assist customers: Respond to standard requests such as adding test servers, expanding racks, or quoting bandwidth upgrades.
Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the broader sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead qualification to deal execution and provide feedback that helps improve sales processes and campaign outcomes.
Own process tooling: Manage automation and reporting flows in HubSpot and Jira; suggest improvements to streamline operations and lead handling.
Monitor and report: Keep pipeline activity up to date, report on lead conversion and support volume, and provide input on pricing or process improvements.
You’ve improved lead handling time and qualified opportunity rate.
You’ve successfully supported quoting 100+ infrastructure requests.
You’ve become the go-to person for HubSpot and Jira questions within the team.
You’ve helped streamline workflows between Sales & Marketing
You’ve provided feedback that influenced at least one internal process change.
You’ve supported expansion or follow-up for at least 10 existing customers.
Future Account Manager: You’re not here to be a long-term assistant—you’re here to grow. You're motivated to develop commercial skills that will prepare you for a full Account Management role.
Sales support mindset: You have 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, dealing with customers directly
Organized and proactive: You thrive in fast-moving environments, know how to prioritize, and take ownership without waiting for instructions.
Tool-savvy: You have experience with (or the motivation to quickly learn) tools like HubSpot, Jira Service Management, and Excel Sheets.
Clear communicator: You’re comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders by email, phone, or chat—always with a service-driven attitude.
Technically curious: You’re eager to understand how infrastructure services like colocation or IP transit work and want to build your knowledge over time.
Growth-oriented: You’re looking for a career path: from mastering Inside Sales operations to eventually owning a full sales cycle as an Account Manager.
Language skills: Fluent in English; Dutch or other widely spoken languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
Location & Work Permit: Based in the Netherlands; a valid EU work permit and willingness to be in the office two days a week are a plus.
Make an impact: Support some of the most exciting companies in gaming, esports, and digital services while playing a key role in how we handle leads, quotes, and customer requests across commercial operations.
Clear growth path: This is a launchpad into Account Management. As your product and sales skills grow, you'll take on more ownership - eventually managing your own customers.
Rewarding compensation: A competitive salary with a 10% annual bonus tied to your performance and contribution.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a supportive environment where innovation thrives, free from the rigid structures of corporate life, allowing you to excel while maintaining a healthy balance.
Free games: Access to Ubisoft’s game library for life.

Low latency is our mission! In 2002 we set out to improve online experiences for gamers. Today, we translate our hosting innovations to various industries, but gaming is still in our DNA. And as of 2019, we are part of the Ubisoft family! We build out our network presence in data centers across the globe – from Madrid to Mumbai, Amsterdam to Seattle, and everything in between – bringing content closer to the users.
Our team works hard on everything related to running our privately owned premium network, from opening new points-of-presence, setting up peering relationships, developing integral products like anti-DDoS protection, and serving our customers with expert help and advice. Finally, we play even harder, in our office gym and bar, and with our lifetime access to Ubisoft games.
