Account Manager – European Systems Integrators (SIs)

Why your role matters

As our Account Manager SIs, you will develop new business partnerships with European Systems Integrators. Your mission is to build relationships with SIs across vertical markets, from telecom to finance, and embed i3D.net’s infrastructure into their solutions for end customers.

This role is about hunting and partnering: winning trust with SIs, responding to RFPs and tenders, and ensuring i3D.net becomes a key part of their go-to-market strategies.

What you’ll be doing

• Hunt for new partnerships: Prospect, build, and close business with leading European SIs.

• Leverage tenders & RFPs: Identify opportunities through SI-led projects and position i3D.net as the infrastructure partner of choice.

• Drive channel growth: Work closely with vendors and integrators to build joint value propositions.

• Embed i3D.net: Ensure our solutions can be integrated as OEM or white-label services in SI offerings.

• Build networks: Develop relationships with decision-makers across verticals

• Forecast & report: Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and provide reliable forecasts.

What success looks like in the first year

• You’ve built a strong network of SI contacts across Europe.

• You’ve closed multiple new business deals with integrators in different verticals.

• You’ve positioned i3D.net as a trusted partner in at least one major SI-led project.

• You’ve contributed insights that helped shape our channel and partnership strategy

About You

• Hunter & partner builder: 5–9 years in B2B sales, ideally within infrastructure, IT services, or SI ecosystems.

• Industry knowledge: Understanding of SI ecosystems and how they bundle tech into end-customer solutions.

• Tendering expertise: Familiarity with RFPs and public/private sector bidding processes.

• Channel mindset: Knowledge of vendor–integrator–end-user relationships.

• Vertical insight: Awareness of how SIs operate in telecom, finance, manufacturing, and government.

• Operationally strong: Skilled with CRMs, pipeline reporting, and opportunity management.

• Languages: Fluent in English; other European languages are a strong plus.

• Location: This is a hybrid role, so you’ll spend some time working onsite at our Rotterdam office. If you’re already in the Netherlands, great! If not, we’re happy to support your move with our relocation services (a valid EU work permit is required).
