Owing to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), i3D.net has taken steps to ensure ongoing operations. Our top priorities are safeguarding business continuity and the wellbeing of our employees, and we do not make concessions in either regard. We have ensured that potential situations are well within our sight through strategic planning and cooperation.

We have performed a Business Impact Analysis and work with both a Disaster Recovery Plan and a Business Continuity Management Plan, reviewing a range of outcomes; We have managed our supply lines to ensure sufficient supplies to our facilities over this period that correspond to the current threat-level. We also assure that The BVH-team (Emergency Response-team) is aware of the situation and has its procedures in play if anything were to happen.

We will continue to work at our data centers in the Netherlands but we have prepared for extensive situations. Even in worsening situations, we will continue to:

  • Have personnel present at our privately owned data center locations;
  • Will continue to have support staff available 24/7 to ensure business continuity.

We will closely follow the advice and enforced rules presented by the RIVM (Dutch National Institute for Health and Environment). For now, we have suspended long-distance travel and have asked employees to work from home while ensuring our data centers and offices remain staffed.

Since we are dependent on third parties, please keep in mind that in some cases new deliveries, shipments, and remote hands requests can take longer than usual. We strive to not have this impact on our customers.
