Stijn Koster began his entrepreneurial career in 2002 with the launch of, a global hosting provider with datacenters around the world. With focus on technology, service and performance, grew significantly and operates 10,000 servers worldwide. In 2009, Stijn founded SmartDC: a datacenter operator with two 36,000 sq. ft. data centers in the Netherlands. Two years later he started Game Blocks, a software company creating middleware for the game industry. Stijn won several awards with numeral Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA rankings and winner of the FD Gouden Gazellen award for fastest growing profitable company of the province South Holland during 2009-2012. Stijn`s focus is on growth and expansion by developing cutting edge technology and pushing the boundaries of technology for projects on all platforms
Rick Sloot

Rick joined in 2005 with a main focus on (game) server management and support. In the following years Rick developed to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO), his current position, where he is member of the management team and responsible for the daily operations of the company. Next to his management responsibilities, Rick is responsible for procurement and critical sales decisions. Rick supports each team within and ensures that they perform to the fullest of their potential. Keeping customers satisfied is one of Rick’s main passions and therefore achieving optimal customer satisfaction is his most important goal. With large projects, Rick is always ready to support and help to overcome the issues at hand. Currently, Rick’s main pursuits are with account management of enterprise customers,’s cloud proposition and the expanding of’s services on multiple locations worldwide.
Stefan Ideler

Stefan has been at since the very beginning and serves in the position of Chief Technical Officer (CTO). In the last decade, Stefan has been responsible for solving the technical challenges which arise when scaling to thousands of servers and integrating services with both public and private clouds spanning multiple locations. Stefan’s main focus is to build and maintain’s worldwide network so it will support the ever growing demand of our gaming and enterprise business clients for high capacity, low latency and reliable connectivity. Current challenges involve expanding’s services to the emerging markets such as Brazil, China and the Middle East. Fulfilling the ever increasing connectivity and hosting needs of our enterprise clients, for stable connectivity and cloud integration of operations worldwide, is what Stefan does best.
Ieske Schilperoord
Ieske Schilperoord

Ieske has joined in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role he is, among other things, responsible for Finance & Control, M&A and HR within the Performance Group ( & SmartDC).

His career started at Deloitte where he worked for 5 years as external auditor servicing various clients in different branches. After that he joined Unit4, a business software company where he worked for 12 years he joined as Corporate Controller & Tax manager, in the early years focused on internal audits at the worldwide Unit4 offices (financial and operational audits) and tax compliance. His last role at Unit4 was Director Finance & Control, being responsible, among other things, for treasury, compliance, financing, tax, accounting and management reporting and annual reports.

He has Master degrees in both Accounting & Auditing from the Nyenrode University and Financial Law from the Erasmus University and is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant)..

Main focus the coming year will be to optimize and automate the internal processes, implement checks and balances and set up management reports (both financials and KPI’s), to get better insight in and optimize the results of the Performance Group.

As seasoned Marketing and Sales Manager, Marco joined the management team of in 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer. His mission is to build up a high performance commercial team and push the service level of i3D to an even higher level. The core values Marco pursues are result orientation, client focus and professionalism with as motto ”walk your talk”.

With 15 years of Marketing and Sales experience with large legal publishers in the Netherlands and globally, Marco has made a sharp turn into the area of Infrastructure as a Service when joining i3D. He enjoys the challenge of this new business and still makes full use of his international exposure and leadership skills to make a difference.
