As Sales Manager – Games Industry, you lead a team of customer success managers and business development managers. Your team members are the ambassadors for game publishers, indie studios, and other industry-supporting companies. Your main goal is to enable your team to reach their targets by coaching them with your sales skills and market knowledge. Your team works hand in hand with our customers to provide the best customer experience and provide solutions that optimize the customers’ operation. Spotting new business opportunities with prospects and existing customers and enabling your team to engage with them will be the primary focus of your role. You will also be part of the commercial management team. You will be reporting directly to the CCO.
