Legal Counsel

Who we are is a leading provider of high-performance, low-latency hosting through a vast, privately-owned global network. As game sector veterans, we know what it takes for an application to withstand heavy demands. Our relentless focus on quality has not gone unnoticed by companies outside of the games industry. With our privately owned data centers, we serve some of the biggest companies in the world with the same quality as we do for the games industry. We are growing faster than ever, keeping some of the world’s biggest online environments, RTC services, and their users connected.

  • Review and negotiate international vendor contracts to make sure they are in line with our policies and do not include risks we are not willing to accept

  • Compliance with local and international laws and regulations for our line of business by implementing policies and processes

  • Maintaining our General Terms & Conditions
  • Be a subject matter expert on privacy laws; maintain GDPR and applicable privacy laws as relevant

Our team works hard on everything related to running our privately owned premium network, from opening new points-of-presence, setting up peering relationships, developing integral products like anti-DDoS protection, and serving our customers with expert help and advice. Finally, we play even harder, in our office gym and bar, and with our lifetime access to Ubisoft games.
