i3D.net is a leading provider of high-performance, low-latency hosting through a vast, privately-owned global network. As game sector veterans, we know what it takes for a network to withstand heavy demands, and as of 2019, we are a member of the Ubisoft family. During these uncertain times, we have continued to expand faster than ever, keeping some of the world’s biggest games and VoIP providers online, and their users connected.
The role is perfectly suited for a self-starter that takes initiative, works independently yet functions well within a broader team. Together with the HR Manager you are responsible for our staffing procedures and administrative tasks within the department, such as keeping personnel data up to date in our systems. Within i3D.net creating a nourishing workplace for all our colleagues means a great deal to us, which is for you to help us achieve. The ideal candidate thrives in an international environment which can be informal and professional at the same time. This role has potential for development in the future as we are a fast-paced growth company.
The role of HR is to support all our employees, to build committed and successful teams, maximizing their contribution to our mission in line with the company’s strategy.
At i3D.net, who you are is just as important as what you can do. You’ll be a hands-on self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit that can handle sensitive information confidentially, have great organizational skills, and are accurate in processing information while acting with honesty and truthfulness.
Working during the pandemic is a challenge, but we can proudly say we have met that challenge head-on. Despite the distance, we can collaborate, bond, and get you settled. You’ll also have the freedom to structure your days, work times, and environment. If you feel safer working from home, take advantage of our budget for your home office equipment. Alternatively, feel free to use our Rotterdam office, including the fully equipped gym, kitchen, and gaming room (whilst complying with social distancing measures, of course).
Low latency is our mission! In 2002 we set out to improve online experiences for gamers. Today, we translate our hosting innovations to various industries, but gaming is still in our DNA. And as of 2019, we are part of the Ubisoft family! We build out our network presence in data centers across the globe – from Moscow to Mumbai, Amsterdam to Seattle, and everything in between – bringing content closer to the users.
Our team works hard on everything related to running our privately owned premium network, from opening new points-of-presence, setting up peering relationships, developing integral products like anti-DDoS protection, and serving our customers with expert help and advice. Finally, we play even harder, in our office gym and bar, and with our lifetime access to Ubisoft games.
That’s great! Apply for the position with your cover letter and CV and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as we can.
