The role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator who likes to make sure our administrative processes run as smooth as possible. You will be key in executing and identifying what processes we can improve on or automate. As HR administrator you will be responsible for supporting our HR Department in various tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR data management and employee relations.

You will also be responsible for maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You support the HR Manager and Assistant in carrying out daily operational activities and work closely with various departments within the company to ensure that all HR processes run smoothly and the employees of i3D.net are optimally supported.

About you

We are looking for a candidate with:

Fluency in both the Dutch and English language
Strong administrative skills
Strong communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Minimum MBO working and thinking level
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
Fulltime or Parttime are both possible for this role
