Customer Success Manager – Data center & Enterprise

The role

In this role, you are responsible for managing your set of customers and expanding our business with them. Secondly, your role means getting a good understanding of your customers’ DMU. One of your goals is to establish a multi-entry relationship with your customers to solidify your position at the table. Asking questions is your MO, and you get a kick out of matching customer requirements with the right product(s) in our portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and you will have periodic conversations with them to talk about future plans. Our CRM will be the place where you document all noteworthy info.
This vacancy is written for different entry levels, each with its own level of expectations:

Junior:
You have a curious mindset and a strong drive to learn and grow in your role. We expect you to be at the start of your career at this level. You have a can-do mindset and are a people person. Your primary focus will be the local market.

Mid-level:
You have experience within the industry. You are familiar with the data center and hosting space or relevant industry trends such as hybrid cloud strategies. You know what is needed to establish a long-lasting relationship with your customers.

Senior:
You have experience in Data Center and/or Enterprise sales in the past, and/or you know what drives a company in their decision-making. You have a strong understanding of trends and noteworthy events in the sector, and you can use them to your advantage when speaking to your customers. You are the master of establishing a multi-entry relationship with our customers, and you can seamlessly translate customer needs to what we offer.
