i3D.net announces the expansion of the i3D.net global network to 620 Gb capacity. i3D.net provides hosting services at six continents around the world: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Frankfurt, London, Warsaw, Moscow, Washington DC, Dallas, Los Angeles, São Paulo, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and Johannesburg. i3D.net operates a 623 Gigabit transatlantic network.
IP Transit services
i3D.net offers IP Transit services to networks worldwide. Our customers have the benefits of connecting to one global network with DDoS mitigation services, ACL services and an extensive network community system combined with connectivity to Tier 1 providers as Level3, NTT and Deutsche Telekom. Extensive focus on peering allows customers to reach their end-users through many public and private peering exchanges. In selected markets, over 60% of traffic traverses our peering links, connecting content with the customer on the shortest path.
MPLS Transport services
Across our MPLS backbone, between all datacenter locations, i3D.net offers MPLS transport circuits from 500 Mbps up to 10 Gb. These transport services are available in all markets. The MPLS transport circuits offer high uptime with fault tolerant connectivity and rapid fail-over.
Our global 623 Gigabit network is connected to all major internet exchanges. The network is designed for maximum reliability and lowest latencies around the world. Our 16 worldwide locations bring the datacenters closer to the end-users. Our network operates on Brocade MLXe routers with second generation XMR management cards.
Dark Fiber routes
A special route is available to wave length and DWDM customers in The Netherlands. i3D.net operates multiple redundant routes from SmartDC Rotterdam to Amsterdam datacenters and diverse routes from SmartDC Rotterdam to SmartDC Heerlen. Capacity on these routes is available on 10 Gb wave lengths and as MPLS connectivity.
