When you arrive at the office, you are greeted by your colleagues. You dock your laptop to the docking station and walk to the coffee machine for a cappuccino. Now you are ready to start your day! After the cappuccino, you are fully energized. Now it is time for the Daily Stand-up. Every morning, we discuss the status of the projects we are working on and discuss open tasks.
As Team Leader you support, coach and lead a team of self-steering developers and software architects. You are the person that makes sure the team can optimally do their work. You support with technical challenges and solve impediments.
After lunch, it is time for some meetings. You initiate a meeting with the team members and create Personal Development Plans (PDP) and monitor their personal and professional progress. You are continuously looking for improvements to steer the team to be as efficient and effective as possible in all aspects. You manage and monitor tasks that are executed by the team.
After a successful day, you celebrate the team’s accomplishments and exceptional performance and it is time to go home.

Team Development Operations works on maintaining and creating new features based on projects in the admin panel and everything that is included (such as i3D.net’s gaming software, billing, tickets, etc.), i3D.net/Smartdc control panel and server and network automation. The Research & Development team is focused on long term projects focused on future business.

i3D.net has a head office in Rotterdam. This will be your main work place. The data center is located in the Van Nelle Factory. This will be your secondary work place. All offices are equipped with elevated desks with at least two screens. You will receive a high-end laptop which you can connect to one of the docking stations.
