You will be making proactive customer calls and visits to:
1. Develop leads from campaigns / promotional activities into actual business.
2. Respond to customers contacting via different sources (website, mails, phone calls, trade shows, etc.).
3. Maintain business relationship and upselling by regularly visiting customers within your portfolio.
4. Discover new business opportunities from other sources of market intelligence.

This position works closely with a global network of stakeholders, including various internal (marketing, data center, game ops, tech ops, NOC, dev ops, finance) and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers).   • 3-5 years of experience in Game Industry segment.  
  • Bachelor working- and educational proficiency  
  • Experience with independently managing own customers 
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of hosting business 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Willing to travel abroad 
  • Ability to translate customer needs into solutions 
  • Professional working level of Dutch and English 
  • Good understanding and ability to easily learn and work with live online systems (funnel management software) 
  • Preferably living in the residential area of Rotterdam

Your work environment has a head office in Capelle aan den IJssel. This will be your main work place. The data center is located in the Van Nelle Factory. This will be your secondary work place. All offices are equipped with elevated desks with at least two screens. You will receive a high-end laptop which you can connect to one of the docking stations.
